Mount Vernon Baptist Church is seeking a full-time Production & Technology Manager. Salary, benefits, and the like will be based on the experience, education, and skills of the applicant. The Production & Technology Manager will be a servant-leader whose passion is to use all facets of Production (audio, video, theatrical lighting) and technology in supporting Mount Vernon Baptist Church to make disciples, create a culture of worship, and share the good news of Jesus Christ. The Production & Technology Manager will work closely with Mount Vernon ministry staff, ensuring production and technology are leveraged appropriately and with excellence to support Mount Vernon ministry areas to the glory of God.

This person must be able to manage a large volunteer base, build teams, communicate vision effectively, make disciples, and minister to a multicultural congregation.
